Collective Bargaining
Our contract expired on June 30, 2011. Our last cost-of-living adjustment was 1.5% on March 1, 2009. The fact-finding phase of negotiations was completed in December, 2012 and the Fact-Finding Panel's report is now publicly available at this link. See AFUM's 1/10/13 press release at www.afum.org. On 3/1/13, AFUM filed a request for arbitration with the Maine Labor Relations Board.
